ANKARA, Turkey — Turkey’s state-run information company says authorities have issued detention warrants for 1,112 folks suspected of hyperlinks to the U.S.-based Muslim cleric who’s blamed by Ankara for a failed coup try in 2016.
Anadolu Company says the warrants had been issued Tuesday as a part of an investigation into alleged dishonest in an examination in 2010 that allowed law enforcement officials to develop into deputy police inspectors.
